On Friday, Norman Paske (Director at Bowbridge Homes) was delighted to be able to celebrate the ongoing partnership between Bowbridge Homes and the Co-operative.

He had the pleasure of showing Andrew Buckley, Head of Property for Central England Co-operative, around Phase 1 of Northdale Park in Raunds. Whilst there, they were able to see the houses at various stages of construction and visit our sales pod.

Bowbridge Homes purchased the land for Northdale Park from the Co-operative and gained planning permission for 207 new build properties, 8 refurbishments/barn conversions and the renovation of the farm house in 2011.

This project both supports the Co-operative’s objective of maximising profits for their members and social aims and Bowbridge’s aim to provide high quality housing in places where people want to live.
