Bowbridge Homes Partnerships is an A1-rated NHBC registered builder and is the construction arm of the Bowbridge Group.
As well as building Bowbridge Homes’ high-quality houses, Bowbridge Homes Partnerships works as the Principal Contractor for select external clients such as Registered Providers and Local Authorities.
Established after the success of Bowbridge Homes, Bowbridge Homes Partnerships provides greater control during the construction phase of Group developments. It also enables the Bowbridge Group to work with select clients to offer this level of build quality providing a mixture of affordable and open market sale homes in addition to the S106 homes provided on the Group’s speculative developments.
DRAYCOTT WAY (CHAPEL ST LEONARDS)
Draycott Way consists of 28 homes. This turnkey land and build package was agreed in 2021 with East Lindsey District Council’s development company, ‘Invest East Lindsey’, utilising a JCT DB2016 contract.
Construction commenced in June 2021, with the first homes planned to be handed over in 2022. The homes will be built with piled foundations, suspended floors, masonry superstructure and electric heating systems.
ROTHERBY MANOR – FRISBY ON THE WREAKE
Rotherby Manor consists of 48 homes, including 8 custom build oak framed homes. Construction commenced in August 2021, with the first homes to be handed over in July 2022.
The development presented a challenge as the site slopes dramatically. The scheme was therefore designed to work sympathetically with the levels and minimise the need for retaining structures.
Eight discounted market sale homes will be provided by the development.
