We are a small but rapidly expanding housebuilder based in Corby, Northamptonshire. We are passionate about building high-quality homes which people want to live in, in places where people want to live. At present, we have live schemes in Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, with a significant pipeline of developments coming forwards.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing team and, as such, you will be required to work side-by-side with the other disciplines to create the ultimate build team!

You will be the Site Manager for a scheme of 48 dwellings at our Rotherby Manor scheme at Frisby on the Wreake, Leicestershire.  The scheme has 40 traditional speculative homes, together with 8 custom build oak-framed homes.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all subcontract trades together with supplier call-offs, working to and updating the build programme, implementing and driving standards for Health & Safety on site and ensuring that our homes are built to the quality levels that we expect for our customers.

The Right Candidate

You will need to have experience of delivering high-quality schemes of between 20 and 100 homes, have a strong technical awareness and enjoy the responsibility of having full involvement in managing schemes from start to finish.

You will be willing to get stuck in to creating the build processes from scratch. You will have an awareness of the processes that are useful and that help to manage a site, however, have a dislike for unnecessary red tape and processes that do not assist in the delivery of quality new homes.

You will have received an NHBC Pride In The Job award or be able to demonstrate best practice and have the drive to achieve this level of performance in your role with us.
